Late Cancellation and Failure to Attend Policy

We understand that circumstances can arise where you are unable to keep your appointment or need to change your appointment. However, short notice appointment cancellations and failed attendance disrupt service for other patients as well as for our staff.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require 2 hours’ notice of cancellation by phoning the Clinic on 9703 9277. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else who may need urgent treatment.

From 1st July 2016 we will reserve the right to charge a non-refundable fee of $30.00 where a patient fails to attend or cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This fee will need to be paid prior to booking a next appointment.

For Travel Clinic appointments, a fee of $50.00 per patient will apply.
