When will the vaccines be available?

AstraZeneca & Pfizer vaccines are now at Langmore Clinic. Appointments can be booked via our website or calling the practice (booking via the website is our preferred way for you to book)


Who?

Priority groups have been identified using public health, medical and epidemiological evidence, including expert advice from the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI). This advice is consistent with the World Health Organisation.

How?

Appointments, when available, can be made online or by telephone.


What should I do?

Please make sure that your contact and Medicare details are up to date.
Continue to practice Covid-safe behaviours: cover your mouth when you cough, keep your distance, wash your hands, stay home if you’re sick.

Preparation for your appointment- Consent Form?

Prior to your appointment filling out a consent form is helpful. This form is available at https://www.health.gov.au/resources/publications/covid-19-vaccination-consent-form-for-covid-19-vaccination


Do I have to have it?

It is voluntary to have the Covid-19 vaccine.


Cost

The COVID-19 vaccine is paid for by the Federal government. There are no out of pocket fees for patients.


Flu vaccines

These are now available for all ages. Please contact the clinic if you would like to book a flu vaccine appointment,
Please note – Flu vaccine can be given before or after Covid-19 vaccination with a minimum interval of 7 days.
